I have been doing web graphics and sites for 10 years..I’m migrating everything to Joomla. No more HTML. Yes. You can build websites for clients. It’s very common, and you are delivering a product with a cms.
Customers love that.
Add a few extra hours on the bill called “cms training” (teach your client how to use the cms) and you can price your product much more. Suddenly you are selling knowledge too.
